Mary Kamunda

Mary Kamunda is happily married, with a young daughter they absolutely adore. Mary says this project has improved her quality of life so much. She has built a new house, bought chickens, goats, and a new plot of land. Her family eats and lives well without any fear now. 

Mary wants help to drill a borehole. She says it is rare in her area but wants to try it as a way to bring water to people in her family and compound.  

Mary says is passionate about the way this project influences women’s lives. She wants to continue to work hard on improving her skills, along with spreading the message of this project to other mothers. She hopes the project lives on and is passed down to generations of daughters to come because she wants her daughter to grow up confident and happy.
