Gladys Karithi

Gladys Karithi is married with three kids. All of them are attending school. Her husband supports them with the money he makes farming, but most of their money comes from the baskets Gladys creates. Unfortunately, she recently got in an accident falling off a motorbike which has made her very weak. While that has made her life more difficult recently, she reflects on how thankful she is to have the support of this project and have more control over her income through making the baskets.

Gladys wants to tell you she is praying for you and wishing you the best each day. She hopes you continue to think of her when you see her lovely basket in your home.
